We have created a brand that is easily applicable across multiple mediums, yet is consistent and conveys a trustworthy property developer that applies the four foundations every day in their work, which includes aesthetic, functional, innovative and sustainable builds.

The brand name itself is contemporary and simple, it works well on all physical and digital assets including fencing mesh, signboards, website favicons etc. The tone of voice is professional yet approachable, we mimic the owners personality in the copywriting across all branding and the website. The colour palette for JS+CO reflects the natural environment. They are a neutral tone that can be applied it many ways, making it an appropriate colour selection for a company that is limitless in possibility.
